Please find below all you need to apply for a Trade, Craft, Charity or Food Stand.

Please download print, complete and return all three pages of the booking form, along a copy of your public liability insurance certificate and if applicable, relevant food safety documentation.

Bookings are subject to acceptance and confirmation will be sent via e-mail.

The closing date for bookings this year is Friday 9th August. Bookings will not be accepted after this date.

Association Membership

Membership to the Egham & Thorpe Royal Agricultural & Horticultural Association entitles you to:-

  • Attendance at the A.G.M. where you may have a say in the organisation of the show.
  • Vote on any issues and the Election and Re-Election of Officers and Committee;
  • Entry to the Show on both days.
  • Parking in the Members Car Park near to the main Show Entrance and if disabled to park even nearer.
  • Priority to purchase tickets to our Social Events e.g. Annual Dinner
