We have a great variety of competitions at the Egham Royal Show for you to enter and show your produce and handicraft skills in the areas of your choice. The competitions take place in the Horticulture Marquee. Take a look at the full schedule for the 2019 competitions to find out what is on offer.  2020 schedule will be posted in due course.  All entries will be online from 2020.

Which categories are there?

We award prizes to the very best in the categories of Vegetables, Fruit, Pot plants, Flowers, Flower Arranging (Floral Art), as well as Cookery, Handicraft, Photography, and Garden display. We also run prizes for Junior Classes for Cookery and Handicraft. Age groups: 4-7 years, 8-12 years and 13-16 years.

A garden display and a scarecrow competition open to all ages.  We also run prizes for junior classes for cookery and handicraft. Age groups: 4-7 years, 8-12 years and 13-16 years.

How do I enter?

It's easy! Just print and fill in the 2020 Horticulture Schedule when it becomes available.

In 1931 the Egham Royal Agriculture and Horticulture Association invited the cottagers, gardeners, and Egham and District and Horticulture Society to enter their produce and craft, having expanded the Horticulture Marquee. The schedule classes were almost the same as they are today.
